Harald Struck
Harald Struck has more than 20 years of experience in the food sector. A professional buyer by training, he has held various functions in global and regional supply chain and supply management. He works for ‹Unilever› in Schaffhausen as a Global Supply Management Director for agricultural products.
He manages a team across the globe that is responsible for the supply of fruits and vegetables, tomato-based products as well as herbs and spices to Unilever' s Global Supply Chains.
His expertise includes the sustainability agenda as well as the development of food supply chains in developing and emerging markets (D&E).
His private interests lie in running, travelling abroad and golf. Harald Struck joined the SIPPO advisory board in August 2009. He is responsible for the sector Fruits & Vegetables.
