Die zwei Vorträge der «Osec Member Get Together (OMGT)»-Veranstaltung vom 8.5.2012 in Zürich brachten Interessantes zutage: Europa tut sich bei der Schaffung eines Europäischen Patents und einer einheitlichen Gerichtsbarkeit schwer. Und der Innovationsweltmeister Schweiz steht abseits. Claudia Mund vom Eidgenössischen Institut für Geistiges Eigentum (IGE) führte die anwesenden Osec-Mitglieder kompetent und engagiert durch die Wirren der für exportierende Schweizer und Liechtensteiner KMU relevanten Institutionen und Bestimmungen. Zudem gab sie einen Ausblick darauf, was zu diesen Themen künftig zu erwarten ist, und welche Rolle die Schweiz dabei spielen kann. More »

SME Export Indicator 2nd quarter 2012: Optimism Is Back

Export sentiment among Swiss SMEs has brightened considerably over the past quarter. Although the future development of the world's economy is gripped by uncertainty, most Swiss export industries are well positioned to benefit from growing demand from abroad. Concerns about the strength of the Swiss franc have eased slightly in relation to the preceding quarters. This is the finding of the SME export indicator produced by Credit Suisse and Osec. More »
